Now he is back home and we've started dating again, but things aren't the same for me because i sometimes think about him kissing other girls while i sat at home faithful to him. Its been 3 months now and i don't know how long i should give this last try before giving up - 6 months? A year? What do you think?

If he's cheated on you once, whats to say he won't do the same again? It doesn't matter how much you ove someone if there is no trust in your relationship it will never work out. This could be something that you can rebuild, but if this is something that you are finding difficult it may be best to seperate for a while. Let him see what he's missing. You don't deserve to be messed around, no one deserves that. Spend some time with your friends for a while and see if he comes running to you. If he does you know that he is serious.
