 Has she been like this since your relationship started?? Maybe she doesn't know how to be a girlfriend. Some girls don't know how to go from friends to girlfriends because it's a different relationship. She might be old fashioned and want the guy to make the plans.. or maybe she doesn't know that this bothers you.
Let her know that this is bothering you, and ask if she's still interested.

 I think it is something that you should both talk about. Have you done some astrology research? What is your sign what is her sign. Check it out it tells you a lot about some of the characteristics of a person with that sign and it may help you to understand her better but all in all the best way to rid yourself of this frustration is to talk to her about it...I hope this helps!
