I am not condoning my behaviour, which is why Im asking for advice.I am 22, under a lot of stress at uni, with some health problems, and a way I cope with this is my visiting brothels. I realise this is posing a major risk to my bank balance as well as my health, as well as my potential career. Its a vicious cycle of stress and depression driving to me these places, all the while feeling guilty for doing so.I really want to change my ways, but i just dont feel strong enough to do so. Professional counseling will help you. You don't want to keep doing this because, like you said, it puts your health and future at risk. Spend the money on a therapist instead, it'll help your stress a lot more (rather than adding to it). And if you're feeling sexually frustrated, go to a club or a bar and find a nice woman who won't charge you to sleep with her.
