 I think a hot idea would be to go with something simple, sexy and sophisticated... the little black dress. However, your variation will be glow rings in your hair! Use them to wrap around a ponytail or a fancy updo! You can get thin glow rings that will keep glowing for several hours... it'll give the appearance of neon and you won't be totally cliché (wearing a bold color dress).
Remember to hook yourself up with sexy shimmer all over (Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, lots of glitter choices). NOT ON YOUR FACE, HOWEVER!! Glitter looks tacky on the face.
I'd also pick a fun color to paint your nails, and maybe match your eyeshadow to that color.
the most important thing to do is to have a blast. At the end of the night, it won't matter what you wore but how much fun you had with your date. Smile lots and have fun!
