You may have a yeast infection as in thrush, if this continues I would just say you need to go to the doctors and explain the itching, You dont need to mention anything else hunny you will need medication and cream to get rid of it if it is this....

 I advice that you go to your gp ,is there a good friend that will come with you for support, i know things of this nature are embarrassing your young and health is important.
the itchiness after masturbation is properly not a big problem, although its best to check it out even just to put your mind at rest i wish you well and hope you heed my advice
