It's ok to hurt him and tell him its unacceptable to date your friends. You were hurt by him, it is completely selfesh of him to toy with you like that. I know 9 months is long enough to get to know someone really well. Hang in there but know its not worth dwelling on if he's going to keep hurting you. There's no reason to have that negativity in your young life.
