Is there anything bothering her? Maybe she needs to talk some issues out with a friend?

I would first tell her to try and go to bed relaxed.
Now it may sya hard but just tell her before she goes bed to do things that relax her. Take a bath, warm milk etc.
If it continues tell her too see her GP for advice

Most people talk in their sleep at some point, Its supposedly more common in people with big imaginations (thats whys its more common in children) all i can suggest is to relax more before she goes to sleep and try not to sleep with a lot of thoughts on her mind x

To be honest, if it isn't distressing your sister, then I wouldn't worry about it. I have been known to wake myself up I have been talking so much! If I was her all I would do is tell anyone I was sharing a room with that I had really vivid dreams and often talked in my sleep and that it didn't mean anything.... most boyfriends I have had have been more curious than anything.... wondering what on earth I was dreaming about....

the best thing i would say to do is tell her what she has been saying, and also i think she can go and see her gp to see if they can give her anything, good luck xx
