He is visually stimulated by looking at other women and teens and you are the 'lucky' girl who he acts out with by groping you. It cant be a nice feeling so next time he starts groping you, pull away from him and tell him to stop because you dont like it. After a while he will lose the habit if you persist in demanding he stops. Maybe say it in a loud voice. He might be embarrassed into leaving your body alone but then again if groping in public doesnt embarrass him it might not make any difference. But its worth a try.

I think your instincts are dead on. You're the play thing for his fantasy. Knowing that however, it doesn't mean he doesn't love you and doesn't find you arousing he does, otherwise he would not have married you. Talk with him about it and let him know it really bothers you. Good luck.
