reader, anonymous, writes (3 August 2010): It's not strange but if I were you I would rather not see the person that your husband had an affair with. I actually saw the woman my husband had an affair with and I am obsessing over that picture of the both of them together and her solo picture. Trust me it hurts so much to see those pictures and I can't let it go because of how he actually downgraded me for her. The thought of how he can actually have an affair with someone not as attractive as me is degrading. And it makes you think what did he see in her if its not about her looks.

reader, anonymous, writes (19 July 2010): If my girl was cheating on me, there's definitely a part of me that would want to see who it was, so I don't think it's strange, but as soon as you do, there's no going back, and that mental image will always be in your head.
If you're fairly open in your relationship and he isn't strictly 'cheating' on you per se, then it may be easier than if you've found out he's been doing stuff behind your back. To be honest, I don't imagine having a face to put to the reality will benefit you. I know it'd just torture me.
