If it really hurts, you may want to see a doctor. There may be something going on that needs medical attention. I think that maybe you should stop having penetrative sex for a while and see if that helps. Saltwater has a point here, you are still very young, and even though your outside might be very mature, your insides are still growing.
I'm assuming that you're using condoms, so use a lubricant that is compatible with condoms. Also in order for intercourse to be comfortable for a woman, she should be very aroused through lots of foreplay and oral or manual stimulation. If he's going in when you are dry and unaroused, it will most definitely hurt.
You do need to take care of yourself, as this may be something that will cause a problem later. Good luck.

It means stop.
You're 13-15 and not a virgin and you're wondering why it hurts...? Sex after only a month going out...?
You can start by stop having sex. That will stop the pain.
Your body isn't developed for sex by a long way yet, which is why it hurts.
In any case if you do continue make sure you are safe with protection.
But for the best protection of yourself and your body wait a few years before you allow yourself to get "poked" again.
