writes:My bestguyfriend told me that he liked me. I never really thought about us going out.mostly because he went out with mmy other bestfriend and I strongly belive in girl code. So I told him I don't but part of me did like him. He's just like me but a boy. Now he has a new gf and all he does is tell me that he's soooo happy and blah blah. It kinda hurts to hear but I don't want to tell him that. I think its ruining our friendship though because I'm always a little sad when ever we talk and now its like he's my therapist and not my friend. you have to be careful in situations like these as u dont want to run the risk of losing him as a best mate aswell. before u act to fast on things, ask yourself? is the reason u truely like him becasue you know u cant have him? bit like the forbidden fruit in the garden of eden the more eve was told she couldnt have the friut the more she wanted it! and the same could apply to you.. becasue firstly you he is forbidden to you becasue of the girl code and now that he has a gf! try getting sometime out from him.. that doesnt mean ignore him completely as he will ssense something is wrong and if u still feel the same after some time then talking to him and explaining how u feel will be the only way forward :)xx hope i have helped and good luck and remember not to try and rush anything
