It felt like he was trying too hard and I didn't enjoy it

A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Sex life has beeen a bit up and down with my boyfriend lately for a variety of reasons - stress, tired, diet, living at home with his parents, masturbation lol. So we had a talk about putting more effort in (mostly from his part). last night we had sex and I just felt like he was trying really hard. I felt like he was doing it to please me and I couldn't enjoy it. It was kind of awkward, and he ejaculated and then quick cuddle and sleep. Lately (when we haven't had sex so much) he's so affectionate and he just wasn't after sex last night and its made me insecure! He swore that it wasn't an attraction thing the other night. I feel like maybe I put it in his head. My breasts have also gotten smaller lately for some reason (and I was small to begin with!)

Should I worry about this or just go with the flow and see what happens? Is it a bad sign? We are together two years and a bit

janniepeg agony auntBreast size is affected by your monthly cycle. Maybe you lost weight due to diet? There are times you may feel like nothing is right however your boyfriend wants to be appreciated by his effort even when you are not feeling 100%. You should let go and go with the flow.

Sometimes when you are not in the mood for sex, you feel like that shouldn't be and you kind of force yourself to enjoy it but in vain. Your boyfriend wasn't after sex one night. He wasn't stressing out so you have to make some allowances for non sexual days. I bet he doesn't notice the change in breast size.

Sageoldguy1465 agony auntS*x in an interesting subject. The harder you WORK at it, the worse you do!!!!!! The MORE you take it easy and slow, and without destiny.... the better it is.....

Give it another shot.....and see if you and he can ignore one-another all evening... then go to bed.... and you will have the BEST nik-nik you've ever had... I GUARANTEE IT!!!!

Good luck...
