Never happened in my personal experience but know of someone it has happened to, seen it on a porn vid too. An unusual occurrence but certainly not unheard of and if you have an open, relaxed relationship with your b/f, nothing to be ashamed of so long as you're both prepared for and aware of the possibility.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 September 2008): I've never done this myself as it seems unnatural to me, but common sense tells me that those sensations are quite normal because something turd-sized is leaving your backside in the same manner as if you were taking a dump!The only suggestion I've got is to make sure you've been to the toilet before engaging in anal sex, then you'll feel more at ease that there's nothing up there that's going to follow his penis when he pulls it out.
