It's fine if you want someone to talk to and you may even meet someone through facebook, but make sure it is your true friends and the people you meet in real life who are the most important.

It used to be alphabetically in order of the persons last name, but now when I click on my friends list it goes alphabetically in order according to first names! And I can change and create different friend lists...Confusing...Facebook changes by the minute!

 I think the first person you add on facebook stays at the top of your list then it goes on alphabetically from there.

 on facebook i think it can be changec to who you want first, but usually it goes in random order. if they have the first spot set to you all the time, then most likely they lile talking to you alot and/or likes you, i would ask first though.
