Only your parent/guardian can request or allow this information to be released.
In what context has the information been given out?
Under the data protection act all information is private unless you sign a waver or your parents sign a waver.

your information is meant to be confidential. unless this was a medical record for a trip or something. i think they had no right to do that.

depends.what do you mean by someone? they can hand over the infomation to the police.you may want to walk into a police station and ask them, they ahve a help desk in there or if you see a copper just walk up and ask.like i said it depends on Who is asking for the infomation if its a random person then.... i'm unsure if it is illegal however it certainly would isn't very safe
