 Desire for sex is not abnormal, but can be. If your desire is to the point of negatively affecting your general life activities. Wanting the extra things like handcuffs, not bad either. You're expressing your sexuality, and being open. A sign of feeling good about yourself.
At your age, because of boost of hormones and such, you need to control these desires and not act on them as much. No matter what you crave, self control is sometimes needed. This will tell you too whether it controls you or you control it. The difference between addiction and desire. If you find it's controlling you, and you can't keep it under control, I'd recommend seeing a therapist.
