Have you been to the Dr about this? I could be that you have a rumbling apendix, which needs to be treated a.s.a.p DONT worry about this its just a precaustion!! It could also be that his a large guy down below and you dont have enough lubrication , in which case there are many things that can help like KY JELLY, PLENTY OF FOREPLAY BEFORE YOU START, OR ANN SUMMERS LUBRICANTS TO HELP. Also because this has happened a few times, you may be anxious so your body tightens up as he enters you? you may start to feel it healing as you say, because your relaxing a bit and geting used to his girth!! Idont think that stopping having sex is the first option, I would seek help eith your Dr first, and go from there )
