 It's not unusual to have the idea jump into your head. But a washroom at school? Bad idea. You have very little guarantee of privacy there, and the reputation you'd get if you were caught would follow you for the rest of your school life. Wait until you get home.

Just think of something else during the day like, what your eating for dinner or what your learning in class. Yes it's normal but I would t do it in school, if you get caught you can get on alot of trouble.

 Having you mind focused on sex at this age is very normal. When I was your age I would always want to masturbate and you really just have to occupy your mind till you get home. Try not to do anything that would look bad if you got caught. Everyone has these urges and they do fade as you get older.
