I get butterflies whenever I see her and even when I hear her name. I get extremely jealous when I see her and her boyfriend together, but the way he treats her is appalling, he makes her feel so inferior, but everyone knows she won't put up with it for too long, I just wish she would leave him before she gets hurt even more. If it was me in his shoes I'd do everything in my power to make her feel special and I'd never let her down. No one else has ever made me feel like this but I just need to know if what I'm feeling is love, the start of love or an extreme crush.

I know that if the girl won't put up with it for much longer, then she's gonna want a guy that treats her well. She probably isn't used to it, either. Give her time with this guy, and give her time to recover from the breakup that you claim is immanent.
My advice: wait. Any girl would be lucky to have you.
