Very normal. Your hymen hasn't been broke yet, so he may be hitting that and causing pain. Also, if you are not used to having something inside your vagina, it will need time to get used to being played with. When it is new to you, your muscles may contract in that area without you realizing it. And whenever you work out a muscles that isn't used to being worked out, it does hurt a little.
Have him be very gentle and, as Miamine suggested, take a bath shortly afterwords to relax everything. Definitely use lube too. Eventually, you will begin to get used to it and it will be very pleasurable.

Yep, sounds ok to me too.. your vagina is tight, he stretches it a little, it burns.... then goes back to it's normal size. He does it again, same thing happens.
Should stop happening the more you play as eventually your body will widen up a bit.
Lubrication is important and may help. Use KY Jelly and have a bath afterwards to help you relax.

It really depends, there could be lots of reasons for this.
I am far from a virgin, but when my partner and I haven't had sex for a week or so, I do get a burning sensation afterwards for a could days because the skin of the vagina is stretching.
It could also be due to your vagina not being lubricated enough. Are you turned on before he fingers you? The friction in an unlubricated vagina can be very painful and can even cause bleeding.
If you are still concerned, you should see your doctor. None of us can really be sure.

Is he being rough? Are his hands clean?
It might just be your body reacting to something on his skin. I wouldn't consider this normal.
