Is this pain in my vagina due to a long period of inactivity?

hello everyone, I had sex really few times in my life and with one person, my current bf.I am 20, I lost my virginity last year and since we have been together like 6 times and it all happened recently, like in less than a month, so my question is about this pain I usually wake up with in my vagina, it really hurts and makes me wake up in the early morning not knowing what it is but it desappears when I stand up... is making sex after a long time of inactivity can cause this pain ? thank you
