reader, anonymous, writes (22 July 2007): We are all different, some people cannot cope with mass alcohol consumption as good as other people, the best thing to do is to drink in moderation, at the end of the day your poisoning your system, unfortunately it will only get worst with age so learn to cut down now.

Go see a doctor. There's lots of different things that could be causing this.
The symptoms sound like some kind of urinary tract infection, which can cause kidney pain when you are dehydrated. If it's that you'll be put on antibiotics and it will clear up quickly.
But I'm no doctor! Go see one and they'll find out what is going on and fix it.

There are way too many different causes for a pain like that... But it very well could be to do with your liver. You really should head on to the doctor to get some tests done, it's the fastest and easiest way to recovery.
