 There is a bundle of nerves in your vagina called the Gspot that can be touched that will give that feeling of wanting to pee. Sometimes at the point of orgasm, you can feel the urge to pee, but dont worry, the feeling is normal.
If it is very painful, then there could be a few reasons.
1-You are very tense. Normal because you are exploring your sexuality for the first time.
2-You are not adequately aroused/lubricated. Let me give you this bit of advice-get a lubricating jelly for those times. Too many lovers think spit is enough. Ew.

Since you are a virgin and "experimenting" you should talk to a Doctor that you are becoming sexually active. It would be better to be informed and prepared if you and bf experiment further. She can examine you to see if you have any medical conditions that are making penetration painful.
It should NOT be painful, only really uncomfortable to be penetrated the first few times. If your hymen breaks, it can be painful, but not for a long period of time.

 It can be normal, it means he was putting a lot of pressure on your front wall and putting pressure on your gspot. With a bit more practice and a different touch, many women discover than they love the feeling (though some dislike it) so when you get more experienced it's worth experimenting with it to see what you like.  Yes it can be normal to feel the urge to pee when you are not used to being touched down there, it will go away eventually once you are more relaxed. Just ask your boyfriend to put plenty of lubricant on his finger and make sure that you relax.
