Depends what you mean by cracked....
If you mean the skin is hard and dry and splitting then you may have a problem - use moisturiser and if that doesn't help then go to the doctor and get checked out.
If you mean that on very close inspection you can see sort of creases in the middle of the nipple - then that is perfectly normal - there is a hole in your nipple that lets the milk out so it isn't going to be smooth. It's just sealed up tight until the milk forces its way through after you give birth.
As for the yellow stuff, if it's a tiny amount then again, it's normal. It's just your internal juices leaking out and going hard. (the passage has to keep itself clean so something will come through it to do that)
If there is tonnes of the stuff then it could be some kind of infection - seek medical help.
