I believe that you're still a virgin, because your boyfriend hasnt properly penetrated you yet, but I do agree with happytochat, there are many views on whether you're still a virgin, but my personal opinion, yes you are. :)
You're bleeding because he may of actually gone in too far.

It sounds to me like the reason why you are bleeding is because your bf broke your hyman when fingering you.
Traditionally, people would define the term virgin as not having your hyman broken, and once it was, you woudlnt be a virgin anymore. However these days, peoples views of what is a vrigin and whats not can vary quite a bit. Some say you arent a virgin if your hyman is broken, however this can be broken thorugh many other things other then sex, such as finger, exercise and even just puting tampons in. So personaly I do not agree wiht that view. I would say you aren't a virgin once you have a guy penetrate you wiht his penis. So in my opinion you are still a virgin.

my friend went through the same thing but i know from experience that you cannot lose your virginity through someone fingering you basically what has happened as he was fingering you his nails scratched against your inside wall which made you bleed i know this from experience with my boyfriend next time ask him to be careful and take his time
