I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant, and have noticed a lump next to my nipple that is about the size of a 2 pence piece. It seems to come and go, for example, it was there last night, but is not there no. It is soft to touch, and feels as though it would have some sort of liquid in. Anybody have any idea what this could be? Something to go to the doctor about? Or worrying about nothing?

Id pop along to the doc and get it checked because it might become uncomfortable further into pregnancy. Its easy to read things online and get freaked out. But if its appearing and going again its nothing sinister. Try good fitting bras that arent too tight and make sure if theyre wired bras that they fit well and arent causing any problems. All the best.

Ask the doctor. Just think, you've lost nothing but time by having it looked at, and you could lose everything including time if you don't have it checked out. Why take the risk?
Congrats on the baby and good luck!

The hot compresses will help..
