I've always heard that line to mean having a last name that is normally used for a first name.. "ron paul" would be a good example.. or from the show Newsradio.."Jimmy James" or Jesse James...
But I say it's a falsehood because people are who they are by what they do and not by how they are named.

Do you mean he has a double first name, or do you mean he has one real name and one alias?
If the latter is true, I'd be suspicious.

I have a couple friends named Juan Pablo... and a friend named Juan Carlos... another named Luis Miguel. Nothing to do with trust!
