Well I am glad the dad will be there, there are too many guys who would walk away.
If you are pregnant, I wish you the very best of luck.
Please keep us informed.

yes the implant can upset the system... its making the body think you are pregnant remember by releasing hormones just like the pill. I was on the injection for a while, and i became headachy, migraines, sickness and generally feeling crap! It works in the same way as the implants and there are a few side affects... i had to come off the injections in the end as they didnt suit me, it sounds as though the implants may not be the best one for you.. some people dohave a reaction straight off and it calms down after a month or too or they decide to try a different method. If you are still struggling talk the gp that arranged to insert the implants for you and they can advise the best route to take. They should have also given you a leaflet detailing what side affects that can happen with that particular implant. Here is a help page with info that might help. But if you are at all concerend pop back to your gp. http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/articles/article.aspx?articleId=443

Yes, the implant does upset the system for a short time.
This is normal, however, if it starts to become really uncomfortable or makes you sick constantly, then go back to your gp.
You can then discuss other options.
Best of luck

hya i think there is a very good chance that it is the implant that is makeing you feel like this bacause everyones body deals with things in different ways and this could be your bodies way of dealing with it but if you are worried i would say go to see your doctor and just tell them how you feel and they will tell you for sure if its right also they can do a pregnancy test on you if you think it could be that hope this helps samx
