This is maybe a silly question.. but basically me and this girl have been talkin off an on for a bit.. we first went out for a date which was fun. After she went off for a bit, still txtin but not meeting any way .. then she asked to meet up I said ok.. planned for the sat . But their was also a wrk doo Friday. And I met her there.. she kept saying to go and chat to her via txt, which I did a few times, and she mentioned stuff we had done on the date and was flirty.. I didn't sit too much with her she has a few male mates and I felt odd.. anyway went home early she didn't seem too impressed. Next day we still planned to meet up.. ( she had invited me to a pub with her mom, sisters, cousins. Anyway I don't like pubs ,wen I got their I txt asking where she was. Then went in.. I seen her come out but she had her arm round a lad and visa versa.

I had some shots then, as. She was coming towards me she was holding his hand. So I looked the other way then left.

Now am I overeacting to this.. I mean she's single but is that too friendly?

I presume it wasn't a cousin lol

Denise32 agony auntWell now, let's see: you and she have been chatting for a while, and gone on one date, right?

It's far too early to be thinking about being exclusive with her - that comes after you've been dating for several months or more; getting to know one another and determining how compatible you both are. Until then both you and she are free to see other people.

The fact that she is friendly with these other guys (at work, in a pub) signifies NOTHING. She (and you) are at liberty to have friends of the opposite sex - though if such friendships involve sex, then that would be a whole different kettle of fish.

In conclusion, I'd say, yes you are overreacting a bit.

Honeypie agony auntShe seems like one of those girls who LOVE to be surrounded by people she knows. If you want more, I would look for another girl, and... get to know her in person, not all this texting stuff.
