 I second So_Very_Confused. Your length is ok, we women only need around 4 cm at the minimum. However girth matters. If you are of average girth then you are fine.
Besides, most women think of the sexual act in its entirety, where your penis only plays a smaller part (pun not intended). A woman is just as likely to focus on your chest muscles as she is to focus on your penis. A woman will also focus on how you kiss, how you touch her, and the overall experience. The penis isn't everything to us!
