Sounds like depression to me. Go see your doctor right away and get evaluated. There are lots of treatment option; there's no point in suffering! Life can get sooooo much better if you get help. Go summon up the energy to call the doctor tomorrow, first thing. You can do it!

It sounds like depression to me - anyway go on line and take a self assessment test. Look for Zung Test or Beck Depression Inventory. If you score high, seek professional help.

However, the staying indoors is not going to help, and might have been causing you to feel more depressed than ever. Start going outside and letting the sun hit you more, and you'll be surprised the effect it has on you. If someone invites you to go somewhere or do something, go... and if noone invites you, go out by yourself, anyway, and hit the town in the daylight. Too many people remain indoors for too much of the day, and it's causing alot of cancer from lack of vitamin D and depression, from lack of sunlight, which alters our very being and emotions. Get enough sleep, but don't just lay around or sit around, as that will make it worse. Go outside, even if you're doing nothing constructive. Go for a walk each day, and do stretches each morning when you wake up. Eat healthy foods and drink alot of water, as alot of people mistake chronic and constant dehydration for depression. If you try going outside alot more for a few days, and that and nothing else seems to help, go to your family doctor.

I major in psychology and from this what you wrote it seems you got clinical depresion. U can make it better by going to the psychologist and he'll know what to do.
Don't waste any more time doing it because this time home in bed is lost time you'll never get back.
If you got depresion for like 1-4 days thats ok after it crosses week/s or month is bad and you need to find help.
There are lot of people that thought that's just life and lived months and months unhappy.
