About a month before I hugged and kissed my 16 years old nephew and for the first time (never happened before) when I was kissing his lips he pressed my breast with his chest, he pressed hard with his arms around my waist and he got erection, I felt his hard rubbing my lower stomach. At once I separated him from me and pretended as I am unaware. I didn't like his attitude. I don't know whether I was wrong or this young boy is dirty.Najma

Najma is verified as being by the original poster of the questionUnderstand answers by chigirl, TalkingHelps, Soon103 and AnnieLuck that I should kiss on cheeks instead of lips. I myself also thought to hug and kiss different with young adult boys and and I found above 4 answers like that only.
Any way particularly in above said case, chigirl answer is most appropriate because later on (i just hugged over his head with my hands) I found my nephew well behaived even he pretended as nothing has happened earlier.

I think this young boy is not in control of his body's reaction, but rarely are boys his age able to keep control. They get an erection whether they like it or not. Perhaps it is time though to not see him as a child, but a young adult?

Do you seriously have to kiss young boys on the lips? Well I'm not surprised they have erections, they are after all human, and that is a human reaction. Shameful it is not, but difficult to deal with yes, perhaps you need to seek advice from others with regard to your practices there.
