Yeah cgrlygo, I rang the NHS helpline and spoke to a nurse over the phone who told me to go to A and E because it sounded like I had a serious heart problem - turns out I was having a panic attack, it ended before I even got in the car.lolAnyway, I guess they have to err on the side of caution and 'just incase', because some people really might need their appendix out or really are having a heart attack. It's better to be safe than sorry. Yet more reasons why the nurse saying everything sounds fine without even checking should not be listened to.

How can you get a good diagnosis of a problem if all you're doing is describing the symptoms for someone else? Don't listen to the nurse who said there's nothing wrong. She hasn't seen him so she cannot be accurate. He needs to go himself and you now need to get an STI test before you do anything else with him or anyone.

unique-angel is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks to everyone for the advice but not soundin rude but why would I lie??I've came onto here asking for advice and you're strangers so there's no need for me to lie.. that's what the nruse said. She said if he starts smelling or has spots or lumps then maybe otherwise all is fine and if I want can get a check up, otherwise it's all okay. Thanks for the advice but I'm not going to lie about what a nurse says am I? xx

I agree with Satindesire. All of this seems a little fishy. Ask to see his results, ask him what went on during the examination - see if he can even tell you that. I wouldn't believe him. Also, no doctor or nurse would tell YOU everything is fine with HIM, with only your description of the problem without even examining him or actually seeing his semen. They just don't do that. They would have told you tell him to see one himself.Tell him to go to the doctor himself, and ask for a real STI test while he's there. You need to get one too.All very dodgy sounding.

Sounds like an infection to me. Dark yellow sperm is not normal. Before sex or foreplay grab his penis from the base and squeeze. Work you hand form the base to the tip. If something comes out and it's not clear it's a discharge. Even if the liquid is slightly cloudy it could be an infection. Never take someones word when it concerns your health. If he does have an std it doesn't mean he has been cheating recently. Some std's can stay in someones system for years until symptoms show. You both should go and get checked out together. Better safe than sorry, right ;-). Hope my advice helps you. God Bless... Prophet7

I've had gonorrhoea in the past and the discharge is yellow - basically it's pus, just like you'd get from a boil. Check out his underpants - if there's lots of spots of gunk all over the area where his penis sits you'll have some cause for concern. At the next opportunity, grab his penis at the base between finger and thumb, squeeze fairly tightly, and move your finger and thumb towards the tip as if squeezing the contents of a sausage out of its skin. If yellow gunk appears dripping from the end you have double the cause to be concerned.

Tell him you've looked it up and there may be a possibility he HAS caught something, or does have an infection. He needs to go to the doctors, if he has got some form of STI/STD, then you need to be tested aswell x

It could be an infection and it could be an sti and it could be there is a problem with him meaning his urine is getting through and into his sperm.
He should see a doctor.
Until he does and gets the all clear then you should always use condoms even for oral sex.
You don't want to risk getting something nasty just so he has a slightly better time.
Good Luck!! xx
