What do you mean "seeing", and who are you referring to, the kid or the mother?
Wheb someone has a kid, they are sort of tied to the other parent until the kid grows up. It is just life. Hopefully they can learn to get along for the best interest of the child.
I can't figure out if you think he is still romantically involved with his ex, or if you just think he is still in contact with her in hopes of seeing his child. The former would be bad, the latter good.
