I do resistance training with my trainer 3 times a week for a half hour and then I do 45 minutes of cardio after and 45 minutes at night and then 4 days twice a day I go in for 45 minutes doing cardio. Is that good for exercising or should I do more resistance training without my trainer?

I'm no expert but that seems to be excessive. Your body to a certain degree is still growing and you are punishing it.
Current trends are toward 30 mins a day, a careful diet, plenty of fruit and vegetables, plenty of water and importantly plenty of quality rest.
Depending on your goals, what height and weight you currently are and what height and weight you want to be. You need to be specific in your goals and targets. You may want to introduce different types of exercise into your programme, such as weights, swimming, cycling, boxercise, spinning classes, yoga, pilates. Vary your training as you vary what you eat.
Give yourself time and you will get there.
I wish you success in what you do.
