 I think you first need to be honest with the girl of your dreams and let her know that you are attracted to men. You are being deceitful on two counts:
1. Wanting to cheat on your girlfriend
2. Not being honest about your sexuality (you may be bi or gay)
If you are dishonest, you will end up hurting people deeply. Your gf must learn the truth to make a decision for herself, about whether she wants to continue having a relationship with you. By lying to her you are being extremely selfish.

 You can't be with both of them unless they want to share. But few people are interested in sharing.
I guess you just need to decide on who you want to be with. But, if you can't make up your mind I would say you shouldn't be with either of them. I believe if you are truly in love with someone, and love them, then you'll not want anyone else. Perhaps you don't love your girlfriend, but just care for her deeply, and perhaps you're not in love with this boy, but have a crush on him. In that case, neither are the one for you.
But you are young.. you're not settled yet and you're not married, you will have many more relationships to experiment with. I think for now you should stick to the one you're in, or break up with her to explore other relationships. In either case, don't over think things or worry too much, because the solution will come to you. And when you find someone you truly love and are in love with the decision will be simple.
