My ex boyfriend got some at the health food store one time (sorry, but I can't remember what it's called) and he had an erection for like 10 hours. He could not get rid of it. He said it was very painful, it was painful for me to watch. A ten hour erection is no joke. Poor guy.
He didn't need it either, he was 23 years old at the time with no erectile problems whatsoever. To this day, I do not know why he took it.
But maybe it would work more efficiently and properly on someone with erectile dysfunction. I don't know.

I agree totally with the other views that he should see the doctor and keep pursuing for a cure because ED is devastating to the ego and self esteem of a man and thus affect his work and personality and in short any desire to continue living.

Wait a minute wait a minute....
Just because a product is natural does not mean it is 100% safe.
Many natural remedies can cause side effects and dangerous interactions with other medications.
And ED is not something where a " do it yourself " approach is reasonably safe , or minimal risk, because , suppose it's due to some undetected serious condition, like diabetes or heart disease, you really risk BIG .
So , your partner should talk to a doctor FIRST, and if he has a preference for natural remedies, ask the doctor to suggest one. But he should not just experiment with herbs randomly.

Zinc for sperm production and libido
Lecithin for larger ejaculate volume
Research them online for the proper dosages. Good luck!

Clove oil (diluted), horny goat weed, arginine, ginseng, ginger. If you go into an Asian store they have something specific for that too

My G/F buys "Shalimar" perfume from the cosmetics counter at a department store nearby... and, when I get a whiff of it "Mr Happy" comes to attention.... EVERY TIME....
P.S. It also helps HER that I splash on "Old Spice", liberally!!!!
Good luck....

Has he been to see his doctor?
There could be ALL kind of MEDICAL reasons he can't keep it up and taking stuff (even some herbal) may not be the best idea.
He should go have a check up and a chat with his doctor.
