Yes, go into any drugstore and you find dozens of sunblock lotions. Put one on, being sure to use a sufficient amount, about 20 minutes before going outside to ensure effectiveness. I dont mean to sound mean here, but have you been living in a cave that you have never heard of sunblock or sunscreen lotion?

I agree with the Moderator. The only thing I can say is sun cream, and don't sit in the sun for too long especially during the hottest point in the day.
I burn very easily, and due to the fact I'm pregnant took a factor 50 sun cream with me on holiday last week and I still caught a tiny bit of sun.
You'll know how much sun you skin can tolerate.
