I think you have to take a risk, ask her out, and then when you are out you can ask her about her views on sex.
Bring it into conversation. If you tell her that you want to wait for the right person and lose it to them ONLY on the condition that they happen to be a virgin too, then she will either say that she is the same, or tell you that's stupid.
Then you'll know!

 No there isn't a way of telling, and asking her before you even date her would massively offend/creep her out, the best way is to date her for a while first and then ask the question, but you'll have to tell her that you are a virgin otherwise you'll sound really creepy.
