Hello there,
A kiss is just a kiss. What matters is the motivation behind it. If you have feelings for your sister that are romantically inclined, it's unfortunate to say the least. Do you want help addressing these feeling, or purely how to talk with your sister about what happened?

STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL from now on because it does no good for you!

If this is the way alcohol affects you maybe you should give up drinking. Talk to your sister and ask her how she feels about it? Tell her it was a drunken mistake and hopefully she can forgive you.

How did your sister react? While wrong, what you did isn't terribly serious. A peck on the lips shouldn't get you evicted if it's a one-time thing. You now know that alcohol impairs you judgement to a scary extent -- you should act accordingly in the future.
