Everyone here always gives good advice so i figured its worth a shot :) Hubby and i are going to try for our first baby soon (have just stopped the pill and letting my body go back to normal first) My question is, is there any truth behind eating certain foods to give you more chance of having a girl or boy? We'd both love a boy first, to protect his younger siblings when they're older and so on. Although we'll be over the moon either way, i wondered if there was anything one could do to try for one sex first... Thanks :D

Hi am afraid there is no truth in it at all, whatever sex your baby is, its do to with the sperm and the egg fertilising nothing to do with your diet or anything else. So am afraid there is nothing that can be done here but to leave it up to fate. Goodluck.
