I didn't cum inside her, I came outside but after some minutes we started having sex again still without protection and without me having cleaned my penis. She is in her fertile period, my question is: Is she likely to get pregnant, and if so, Is there an easy and secure way to avoid this from happening?

I guess the only way you learn is by asking.
Not having sex is the only way unless she has had a hysterectomy.
Condoms and birth control are effective but I understand my brother is a condom baby. I also have a friend who is a vasetomy baby.
So if you do the action, be prepared for the reaction.

Condoms will cut down about 90-99 percent of the risk... but when life wants to exist, it will.
Combinantions of borth control methods are usually best. She goes on the pill, you use a condom. Things like that.
Try to use a condom unless you WANT to have a child, is it that hard to slip on a condom before sex? It takes what, five seconds? If you lose the mood in five seconds, you never really had it.

She can become pregnant even if you don't cum inside her. The precum sometime contain full fledge sperms.
Condoms, birth control pills will prevent those.
Ask her to take the morning after pill.
"Here's how the morning-after pill works. Human conception rarely occurs immediately after intercourse. Instead, it occurs as long as several days later, after ovulation. During the time between intercourse and conception, sperm continue to travel through the fallopian tube until the egg appears. So taking emergency birth control the "morning after" isn't too late to prevent pregnancy."
Remember, Condoms.

This has been debated several times that I have seen on this website, but even if you didn't orgasm, there is a chance you were producing precum which contains sperm. So yes, there is a chance she could be pregnant. If it was only 24 hours ago, you still have 48 hours (2 days) to get your girlfriend the emergency contraception pill. Go to your nearest chemist and get it ... NOW!And for goodness sake, pick up some condoms while you are there!!Fee
