At your age, nearly every boy worries about his penis not being big enough. This is a concern you will grow too old for.
I will add that maybe your penis will still become larger, as you're very young. If it doesn't, I wouldn't recommend surgery anyways, or any of the so called "proven" methods. And, finally, whatever you have is what you have, and you should be more concerned about using it well than about how large it is.

The best way to achieve penis enlargement is through natural blood flow. By this I mean avoid anything such as enlargement devices, or tablets that claim to do just that. At your age just let nature take it's course. If you're lucky enough to have a girlfriend, ask her to sit on your lap, then do a series of simple exercises together each day. Getting her to stand up and sit down on your lap repeatedly several times a minute will increase the blood flow into your penis and you'll really feel great whilst she's doing so! If you wear cotton pyjamas while she wears a swimsuit, for example, that will enhance your enjoyment considerably! Have fun, but please don't bother with any pills or devices...you won't need them!

The only way you ar going to increase the size of your penis is to pay thousands of pounds to have a top surgeon perform an operation. There are of course lots of gimmicks, and things that you can buy that claim to make the penis bigger, but if you ask me these are a load on nonsence and don't do a damn thing.
You are only 13-15 so the likellhood is that it has still got some growing to do. And as you mature you will also come to realise that its not the size of the penis, but how you use it is really what counts.
Take care
