Physiologically, a male body is constantly producing semen following puberty. But "PeanutButter" and "pinktopaz" were about right. The constant production is moderated because the body reabsorbs the sperm and semen, if not ejaculated, before they become stale or "old." There is always a fresh supply.

The lack of masturbation or sexual activity does not increase the likelihood of developing cancer.
As someone pointed out, if you don't do either, the semen level builds up and you body gets rid of it for you while you sleep, so you're unlikely to have any damaging effect from the lack of activity.
Cancer grows in the form of multiple unnecessary cells and can occur in any part of anyone's body at any time regardless of sexual activity or the lack there of.

I don't know about the whole prostate cancer deal, but if you don't have sex or masturbate--I do remember from back in the days of Biology class, that since a man is continually producing sperm his body will just naturally get rid of the "old" sperm which is typically done through "wet dreams." So if you don't do it yourself, your body will find a way to do it on its own.

According to the study:
http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/abstract/291/13/1578
There was a reduced risk or prostate cancer in men who ejaculated frequently, but no other associations (so, not ejaculating was not found in this study to have any increased risk):
"Most categories of ejaculation frequency were unrelated to risk of prostate cancer. However, high ejaculation frequency was related to decreased risk of total prostate cancer."
However, it may be that people ejaculating frequently have healthier happier lifestyles and this puts them at less risk. Who knows. Plus, this is just one study. It doesn't prove anything on its own.

From what I have heard, masturbating or having sex (anything that leads to ejaculation) three times a week will reduce prostate cancer, yes. I cannot confirm if this is true, but it's what I heard. But you're not going to get cancer just because you don't masturbate enough. Don't worry too much.

I have read about that as a possibility. However, I would think that any detriment would only apply after many years. You might consider that sexual activity is a very healthy function that, if not exercised, may eventually prove adverse to health. Your bodily functions, including sexual activity, have a purpose. Even masturbation, though less satisfying than mutual sex, may at least serve as some degree of healthy usage.
