The foreskin seems to stick at the anterior part of the glans. Also when i try to touch the glans, it is very sensitive almost painful. Maybe because it has never beeen touched before.Am i retracting the foreskin correctly? And can anyone give me any advice? It is much easier to retract the skin when flaccid.

I would advise you to see a doctor, but I think this is a case of phimosis. That's derived from the Greek, and the difficult word to say "prepuce that won't retract all the way".
I think you should see a doctor because there are different ways to solve this problem and he would know what better course of action to take.
This is easy to solve, so don't worry. The worst it can get is a little local surgery.
