He has never asked for my phone number and I know he is very attracted to me. Everyone notices it when we are around each other. I am still married but seperated with three children. He could be waiting for you to offer your contact number to him. Being that he is 22 and you are older with kids and separated his interests in you might not be along the lines of a committed relationship. Have mutual fun but I would advise not to invest in him emotionally!
