I usually just wipe it off but he says I should rub it in because it's healthy for my skin. Is that right? I couldn't find any information online that backed up what he said.

I've heard that rumor too, but have never, ever, ever read ANYWHERE any evidence that backs that up. You would think that Cosmopolitan would be all over that. I'm sure that it's a myth and that really, your boyfriend just wants to watch you rub his semen all over yourself. Do it if you want to, but stick to sugar scrub for your complexion.
I hope you're on birth control and you've both been checked for STI's, because you are not safe from pregnancy or disease the way you're having sex. Just making sure you're staying safe!

I would also encourage your partner to leave the condom on the entire time. Taking it off for the big finish exposes you to std's and possibly pregnancy if he drips any near your vagina. It's probably a small risk but one I wouldn't take at your age.

Your biggest concern here is pregnancy! Pulling out does not keep you from getting pregnant! All it takes is one sperm to fertilize an egg and sperm are present in a man's seminal fluid that results from his erection....Please use proper birth control, get on the pill if you are going to continue.
