two years age gap is nothing at all, of course its o.k, girls are more mature for their age so although she might only be 13 she'll be on the same wave lenght as yourself, but don,t forget sex under 16 is out of the question or you'll end up in trouble.

I don't think it is wrong as long as you realise you are too young for anything sexual legally, don't worry about what everyone else thinks.
