I think its just extra fluf from the holydays. but shes really worried nad doesn't want to get a test. so how long would it take for her to begin "showing" after conseption?

if she doesn't want to take a test, I guess her best bet would be to wait until she gets or misses her period. Keep in mind however, that all of this stress could cause her period to be a little late. As far as how long it will take to show, it varies from girl to girl. I've had friends who hadn't shown until late in the third trimester and my sister had a friend who had a baby and didn't even know she was pregnant (no joke, the girl just thought she wasn't getting her period due to hormones and some meds she was taking). You really should implore your girl to take a test. It's better off that she knows so she can move on from there.

it depends on how her body is structured. my friend is pregnate and its been 4 months and she's barley showing. she could show in 1 months she could show in 4. but the most important thing is to watch for spotting. that could be a sign for a ... time of the month. sometimes rough sex can push hard on something making womens cycles postpone.
yes the holidays just went by so she could be putting on some weight but not too much.
stress can also post pone a cycle so tell her to breath and take a deep breath
