writes:hi, iam 18 and i have been liking a girl for 5 years now, and somtimes when i text she replies sweetly and sometimes do not reply at all. but she is a very studious student so i think thats the reason she is not texting me back. but what if i call her and ask her out? how will i ask her politely and tell her its not a date?i asked her once that and she was asking questions about what, where and who will go? and suddenly she declined. what will i do?

If she doesnt reply is because she doesnt want to talk to you. When you suggest in doing something & they start asking questions practically they're saying NO in a polite way :) good luck
